Ingredients
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- Medium chpd onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- (2) - 1-1/4 lb pork tenderloins
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp flour

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 4 ingredients in cooker.
Brown tenderloin in butter. Pour in cooker. Salt and pepper
Combine beef broth and flour until smooth. Pour in cooker.
High 3 hrs. or Low 4-5 hrs.
