  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1-2 cups whipping cream

Step 1

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add crushed garlic and fry on medium heat until just starting to brown. Add the dill and brown slightly. Pour in the cream. Gently boil until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked potatoes or pyrogies.
