Ingredients
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package mini paper liners

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl beat together remaining sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, water, oil and vanilla.
Line a mini muffin tray with paper liners and spoon chocolate batter. Place a tsp of cream cheese mixture on top. Baker for 20-25 minutes.
