Ingredients
- 1 recipe spaghetti sauce - can use bought but so much better with homemade
- Lasagne noodles
- 3 cups creamy cottage cheese
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 lb mozarella cheese, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Make spaghetti sauce
Cook noodles until tender in large amount of boiling salted water for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water
Cheese filling: mix cottage cheese, beated eggs, spices and Parmesan cheese (or save and sprinkle over top)
Arrange in layers in 13 X 9 oven proof dish.
Noodles - cheese filling - Mozerralla cheese - meat.
Bake in 360* oven for 30 min. Let stand to set
