  • 1 T. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg

Step 1

Preheat over to 425 degrees F.

Lightly oil the pumpkin on the fleshy side, salt and pepper to taste, the sprinkle nutmeg.

Bake for about 30 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
