Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti squash
- 1 T. butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated

Step 1
Once you have prebaked your squash, split it open horizontally and deseed and degoop it. Then, using a fork, pull the strings out of the squash. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt your butter. Add the strings and toss, salting and peppering liberally. Serve with Romano cheese on top.
