Ingredients
- 14 ounces canned black beans
- 1/8 cup salsa
- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- dash garlic salt
- 16 ounces lowfat sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 bunch scallion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces black olives, sliced
- 8 ounces lowfat cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mash beans with salsa. Spread in bottom of serving dish.
2. Mix avocado-garlic. Spread over beans.
3. Mix sour cream and seasoning. Spread over avocado.
4. Top with onion, tomato, olives, cheese.
