Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 10-15 pound brisket
- Large roasting bag
- Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups broth from brisket
- 1/2 cup smokey barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
Place untrimmed brisket in roasting bag. Pour approximately 2 tablespoons of Liquid Smoke over brisket. Bake at 250 degrees for 12 hours or overnight.
Remove brisket from bag and drain liquid. Place liquid in refrigerator until fat congeals on top. Skim fat off the top and reserve broth for sauce. Trim and slice brisket.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over brisket. Marinade for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
