Sesame Glazed Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 env. lipton veg. soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Pkg. frozen broccoli florets thawed and drained
In 12" skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Brown chicken, turning once. Blend soup with preserves, water and ginger. Stir in broccoli.
Stir into skillet with chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 15 min. or until chicken is cooked. To serve, sprinkle sesame seeds over chicken and broccoli.
