Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Place pork chops on grill rack; grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer to a serving platter.
Bring cherries, jelly, and if desired, coriander to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops.
