  • 1/2 kg pumpkin, peeled and cut in pieces
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 small pieces gum Arabic
  • 3 tbs powdered sugar

Step 1

Place pumpkin in a pan. Add water until pumpkin is almost covered. Boil until almost cooked. Heat olive oil in a pan, add strained pumpkin. Add salt, cinnamon, and gum Arabic. Puree until smooth, Add powdered sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
