Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tea. salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey or agave nectar
- 1 bottle (12 oz) beer
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted (you can use 1 stick if you like)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
In medium bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese. Using a wooden spoon stir in beer and honey into dry ingredients until just mixed (microwave honey a few second to make it easier to stir in).
Pour 1/2 melted butter into loaf pan. Spoon batter into pan and pour rest of butter on top of batter. Use a pastry brush to spread around.
Bake 506-0 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
