Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/2 tea. paprika
- 1 (6 oz) can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 4 chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces

Step 1
Put all ingredients except chicken in skillet and bring to a boil; add chicken.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with rice.
