Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Wheaties, crushed
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup chopped onions
1 T tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
More ketchup for topping.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
Put the mixture in a loaf pan, top with ketchup.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
