Sautéed Shrimp with Sour Cream Sauce

Our family loves this recipe - we are garlic fans so I add 1/2 tsp garlic to the sour cream mixture. Good either way!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1
Mix together the salt, paprika and sour cream in a small bowl and set aside. Dice the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms and shrimp in melted butter until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream mixture. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
