- 3 cup(s) nuts, mixed, or peanuts
- 1 tablespoon oil, olive, or cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground

- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, combine nuts and oil; stir to coat nuts evenly. In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nut mixture; toss to coat nuts evenly.
2. Spread nuts in a single layer in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
