Ingredients
- 1 fresh shoulder of pork
- 10 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- seasonings to taste

Step 1
Put pork in a roasting pan. Roast at 350° for about 35 min. Put potatoes, tomatoes, vinegar and seasonings in the pan around the pork. Let cook slowly together for about 40 min.
