  • 1 fresh shoulder of pork
  • 10 potatoes, peeled, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • seasonings to taste

Step 1

Put pork in a roasting pan. Roast at 350° for about 35 min. Put potatoes, tomatoes, vinegar and seasonings in the pan around the pork. Let cook slowly together for about 40 min.
