Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- swiftx2 spiesc as desired
- 1 cup ripe persimmon pulp(sieved)
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk soak bread in milk add eggs
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
turn oven to 350F.
Sift flour with sugar and other dry ingredients. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Bake in greased wax lined pan (small biscuit pan ) Bake 1 hour or until done.
