- olive-oil flavored cooking spray
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tb. shredded Parmesan

Step 1
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute 1 minute. Add zucchini, sliced and halved; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until zucchini is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parmesan.
