Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

By

It is no secret that I love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter. When I was younger, I used to spread graham crackers with peanut butter, then top them with chocolate chips- a quick chocolate peanut butter fix. :) These Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies definitely a step up! They are addictingly delicious!

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir till just blended. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Roll in balls (or scoop) onto lightly greased or silpat lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or till golden brown around the edges. Cool for a couple minutes on the pan, then remove to cooling racks.

Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies
