Ingredients
- 1 apple, chopped (any kind)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk
- 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (regular or Greek)
- 1 tbsp. walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Optional: 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or a generous pinch of ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Blend everything until smooth. For older or less powerful belnders, microwave the apple for 2 minutes first. Worried about it being cold? Just throw in a couple of ice cubes.
