Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed creme-filled chocolate cookies,

  • 3 tbs. Parkay margarine, melted
  • 3 8oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. of white chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs and margarine, press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on an electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in white chocolate; mix well. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing frim of pan. Chill. Garnish with apricot slices and chocolate curls, if desired.
