Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup clam juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1/2 lb scallops
- 5 oz crabmeat

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 3 Tbsp butter in saute pan. Add onion and cook until translucent over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes stirring often. Whisk in clam juice and add cream, cayenne, salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Heat 3 T butter in another pan. Add shrimp and scallops and saute about 2 minutes. Finally, add crabmeat and saute 30 seconds.
