Ingredients
- 1 T. whole doves
- 1 1/2 t. whole allspice
- 3 sticks of cinnamon
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 1/4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice or apple juice
- 1 3/4 cups water ~ do not use when using apple juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice

Preparation
Step 1
In the top of a perculator place spices
In the bottoin of the perculator put the liquids
Perk 10 min. and serve hot.
This makes 8 cups
For 10 cups use 3 c pineapple juice & 3 cups cranberry w/ 1 1/2 c water & more spices.
For 30 cups: 9 cups pineapple, 9 cups cranberry, 4 1/2 cups water, 1 cup brn sugar 4 T whole cloves. 4 sticks cinnamon and 2 T whole allspice
