Ingredients

  • 4 bonelss skinless chicken breast or tenderloins cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 medium onions sliced thin
  • 1 to 2 T paprika
  • 2 T. water
  • 1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In large skillet brown chicken well in hot oil and remove-set aside. In pan drippings saute onions with paprika til tender. Add chicken and water. Mix well cover simmer 30 minutes till chicken is tender. Remove chicken stir in sour cream into onion mixture till blended. Heat over low heat but do not boil. Pour over chicken and serve will noodles or egg dumplings.
