Ingredients
- BUTTER SAUCE:
- 2 lbs. fresh jumbo shrimp, in shell
- 1 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1/2 lb. butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Shell and devein shrimp and cook over a hot charcoal fire for 2-3 minutes per side or until just barely cooked. Serve with butter sauce.
BUTTER SAUCE:
Melt butter in small saucepan, add remaining ingredients and keep warm.
