Ingredients
- 6 4-oz cans green chiles, seeded and
- sliced
- 1 lb. grated monterrey jack cheese
- 1 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- dash salt

Preparation
Step 1
Butter 9x13 casserole. Layer peppers, cheese,repeat.
Mix eggs and flour. Pour over layered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
