- 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, without skin
- Bell Pepper Strips
- 1 can Pepper Jack cheese soup or 12 ounce jar of Tostitos cheese dip
- 3 tablespoons chunky salsa

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW setting on crockpot for 5 to 6 hours, until chicken is tender.
Serve over rice.
