    carton (8 ounces) ricotta cheese

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

    cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

In skillet cook beef and sausage until no longer pink; drain. Add the next seven ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, parsley, cottage cheese, ricotta and Parmesan. In 13 x 9 baking dish. 1 cup meat sauce 3 noodles Provolone 2 cup cottage cheese mixture 1 cup mozzarella 3 noodles 2 cups meat sauce Remaining cottage cheese 1 cup mozzarella Noodles Meat sauce Mozzarella Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
