Ingredients
- 6 Chicken thighs (skinless)or
- 1 whole cut-up chicken
- 1 15oz jar of artichoke hearts
- 8 mushrooms sliced
- 1 bell pepper cut to strips
- 1 onion quartered
- 3/4 cup white wine, 1/4 cup for the chef!
- oil from chokes, or EVOO
- herbs; basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme*
- 2 clove garlic diced
- S & P
- Egg noodles or cooked rice
- 2 T cornstarch

Step 1
BROWN- Chicken w/ onion,garlic in oil from chokes.
ADD- wine, *herbs, mushrooms and bell pepper
COOK- 1 hr on stove in dutch oven.
AFTER- 30 min. add artichokes excluding rest of oil.
Remove Chicken and veges and place on top of noodles/rice
Mix 2T Corstarch w/1/4C water and
stir into sauce to thicken and pour over chicken and noodles/rice.
Serve w/ vege., wine and bread!
*Make a Bouquet Garni , Tie herbs with string and lay on top.....
