Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup+ 3 tbsp shortening
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 well beaten egg
- 5 tbsp cold water

Step 1
Measure shortening into flour and salt mix. No need to mix. Beat egg. Add vinegar and water pour over shortening. Mix together until flour is all absorbed.
Makes three crusts.
