  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp chopped chiles
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup usukuchi (light soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed or other neutral oil
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • ground black pepper

Combine all in lidded container and shake well to mix. Can keep in fridge for 4-5 days. Make sure to finely chopped ginger and garlic
