Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts cooked and cut into small pieces
- 8 oz. sour cream (light okay)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 package of corn bread stuffing

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Heat soup and 1 cup of broth in microwave. Add sour cream and blend well. Stir in chicken.
Layer half of stuffing in bottom of 13x9x2 Pyrex dish. Cover with chicken mixture and top with remaining half of crumbs.
Pour remaining 1/2 cup of broth over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
