Preparation

Step 1

* Put the beans in a small pot with a pinch of salt and pepper, a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth and about a tablespoon of EVOO and bring to a low simmer. Keep warm while preparing the shrimp.

* Heat remaining oil in small, non-stick skillet over high heat. Season the shrimp lightly with salt and add to the oil, tossing frequently until just pink. Remove and set aside.

* Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic to the oil remaining in the skillet and saute 30 seconds or so, until it begins to brown. Add the chili flakes and cook 30 seconds longer. Add the tomatoes and the basil and mix well to heat through. Remove from the heat and stir in the shrimp and the lenon juice.

* Using a slotted spoon, ladle the beans into individual serving bowls and top with the shrimp and a bit of freshly ground pepper and Maldon salt and serve.
