Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings or up to 7 lbs
- 1 1/2 C Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs Cajun Spice
- 3/4 Tbs Garlic Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Combine hot sauce, Cajun spice, and garlic powder. Mix well and cover wings. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat broiler. Move rack to 4" below broiler.
Place wings on rimmed baking sheets. Broil for 8 minutes on top rack. Flip wings and broil for 4 minutes more.
