Awesome dipping oil ! Was a huge hit and went quick ! Would like to try this with red wine vinegar the next time just for a change up but will definitely keep this recipe!
Delicious!!! I used basil instead of oregano because I made basil/garlic focaccia and wanted to match the herbs, and I used the olive oil left from roasting some garlic heads. I think next time I will use a little less balsamic and a little more oil......fabulous!
So easy and delicious. A perfect compliment to my Italian dinner.
Very Good!! I didn't add the salt as I found the Parmesan that I used was salty enough for us. This was a hit in our home! Thank you for sharing.
Elegant addition to an Italian meal when you don't feel like having garlic bread. Very tasty; nice combination of flavors.
Yummy! One of my favorite comfort foods!
Very good! A quick and easy recipe, I think next time I will try some red pepper flakes too.
Loved this! I added parsley and red pepper flakes for some heat! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Mmmmmm..this was so good! I had it for breakfast loved it! Thank you so much! I will definitely make this again. Update: I did make this again and so enjoyed it! I served with well done toasted wheat French bread.
Loved this. So simple to make, and yet so delicious. I couldn't stop eating it! However it was a bit too salty for me so I might use less salt next time.
Flawless recipe! Absolutely perfect for a pre-meal treat. I served with Rosemary Breadsticks and this was gone in 5 minutes!
Oh yum! I'm eating this right now for lunch and I can't stop! Very addicting! I had to use the canned mixture of Parmesan and Romano since I don't have any fresh Parmesan...but it still came out fabulous! next time the relatives come over for dinner I'll definitely serve this...I know they'll love it! thank you for sharing!
Guess what we had for dinner? Yup... bread and this dipping oil and that was it! Granted, we weren't exactly starving, but we could easily have feasted on a whole loaf with an endless supply of this oil. Made precisely as indicated (plus one garlic clove), it was absolutely addictive, not to mention quick and easy. Thank you!
Oh my this is good! I dipped some french bread in it and could have made a meal of just that. Just perfect.
Terrific. I'll be making this often.
This recipe could save me lots of money. I have purchased dipping oil in fancy glass bottles but this is BETTER and fresher. Also, I love that it uses ingredients I always have on hand!
WOW! This stuff deserves 10 stars! It was delicious and there wasn't a drop left when we were done! I served it with Recipe #59114 to accompany our meal of Cheese Stuffed Shells and Caesar salad. It was fantastic! Easy to make so I know I will use this again, often. Like DH said, it makes a good Italian meal have that extra special touch of a fine Italian restaurant. Thanks so much for posting this terrific recipe!
