Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie dough 11" round
- 3 baking apples, sliced, peeled and cored
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Toss apples with the brown sugar, apricot kjam and melted butter.
Lay the refrigerated dough on a baking sheet. Add the filling, leaving a 2" border; fold in the edges.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
