Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 cups each: fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth and water

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE 1/4 cup of the rice, 1 Tbsp. of the dressing and 1/2 tsp. of the soy sauce in each of four microwaveable soup bowls.

TOP each with 1/2 cup chicken and 1/2 cup vegetables; stir until well blended.

ADD 1/2 cup broth and 1/2 cup water to each bowl; cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min. or until soup is heated through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
