Porter Cake

Ingredients

• 4 C self rising flour
• 1/2 lb butter
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 lb raisins
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp allspice
• 12 oz Guiness Stout
• 1 shot Jameson Whiskey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
