Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork spareribs
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 3/4 cups sliced onions
- 1 bottle (18 oz) BBQ sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs, meat side up, on a broiling pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 6" from heat for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool; cut into serving-size pieces.
Place onion in a 5 qt. cooker; top with ribs. Pour BBQ sauce over all. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until ribs are tender.
Yield: 4 servings
