Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/3 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C diced celery (optional)
- 2 C diced potatoes
- 1/4 C diced carrots
- 1 C water
- 1 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 C milk
- 7 1/2 oz chopped clams

Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon and onion. Add celery, potatoes, carrots and water. Boil til potatoes are tender. Add salt, pepper, juice from clams and milk. Heat- do not boil. Add clams. Heat. Float a pat of butter on each serving. Garnish with paprika.
