Ingredients
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 3/4 cups half and half
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 orange liqueur (Cointreau)
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- Grated nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine ice cream, half and half, bourbon, liqueur and orange zest.
Blend until smooth.
To serve, pour into a punch bowl, scoop 1/2 quart vanilla ice cream on top; and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
