Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 T grated orange peel
- 1 T dried oregano
- salt & pepper
- 2 C orange juice
- 4-5 lb pork loin boneless
- 1/2 C fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in processor. Add 1/2 cup orange juice and blend. Pierce pork all over. Place pork in large dutch oven and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Pour remaining 1 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup lemon juice around pork. Place in oven basting occasionally. Cook 45 min. Transfer pork to large baking sheet. Reserve pan juices. Increase over to 400. Cook roast until 145 degees. Let pork stand for 10 min. Bring pan juices to a boil and cook until reduced to 3/4 C. About 7 min.
