Ingredients
- 1-2 # round steak
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of sliced or whole mushrooms
- 1/2 - 1 C red wine
- milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into small cubes or thin strips. Dip meat into flour, salt and pepper mixture. When meat is coated, brown with a small diced onion. Continue to cook until meat becomes tender.
Mix soups, mushrooms, wine and enough milk to thin. Pour over meat mixture. Can simmer on stove or in oven for 2 hours.
