Chocolate Pudding

• 2/3 cup cold milk
• 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstach
• 3 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 cup & 3 tablespoon heated milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 cup and 3 tablespoons of cold milk and set aside.

In a bowl whisk together 2/3 cup of cold milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt, cocoa powder until well combined. Add to the heated milk that was put aside and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir until thickened. Add vanilla and stir until well combined. Pour pudding into bowls cool completely and refrigerate.
