  • Whole Foods Crispy Kale Slaw (1/3 of 14 oz bag)
  • Whole Foods Cole Slaw Mix (1/3 of 17.5 oz bag)
  • Whole Foods Shaved Brussels sprouts (1/3 of 12 oz bag)
  • Kroger frozen peppers and onion mix (1/2 of 12 oz bag)
  • hand full of The Wild Mushroom Co Dried Gourmet Mix Mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

In a Pyrex 7 cup storage container, put in kale slaw, Cole slaw, Brussels sprouts . Refrigerate until day of use. At time of cooking, add pepper/onion mix and mushrooms. Put in Instant Pot, add 6 cups of water, manual setting, set for zero minutes. The liquid (pot liquor) makes an amazing warm drink, and the recipe is great with added grand reserve vinegar.
