Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons French's® Yellow Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha® Hot Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1.25 - 1.5 kg country-style pork rib chops
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

To make a glaze, in a small bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs.

Lightly season ribs with olive oil and salt & pepper. Grill ribs 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze during the first 10 minutes of cooking, and turning ribs over occasionally. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
