Ingredients
- Salad:
- 10 c mixed baby lettuces
- 6 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 pears, cored and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Toasted Pecan Vinaigrette:
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 c toasted and chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Salad:
In a large bowl, combine lettuces, oranges, pears, and red onion.
Drizzle with Toasted Pecan Vinaigrette, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
Dressing:
In a medium bowl, combine Dijon mustard and honey. Slowly add olive oil, whisking to combine. Slowly add vinegar, whisking to combine. Stir in toasted pecans.
