Ingredients
- 1/4 lb American Cheese
- 1/4 lb New York or sharp cheddar
- 1/4 lb Pimento cheese
- 1 small pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp worstershire sauce
- 1 medium onion
- dash of tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic pod
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put onion in small food processor to cut in small pieces; do same with nuts. Mince garlic.
Mix cheese, onion, garlic and pecans in food grinder. Add lemon juice, worstershire sauce, tabasco and salt. Mix well. Make into 6-inch long rolls in wax paper, sprinkle paprika over rolls. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with Ritz crackers. Can be frozen.
